Usage

- Titanium blue hooks and electrodes generally do not use flat or round contact, because it is easy to cause poor contact, so that the electrode produces spot corrosion.
- Titanium blue mouth should be slightly higher than the liquid surface to prevent anode slag outflow.
- The lower end of the titanium blue should be higher than the plated parts 100mm~150mm, so as to avoid the lower part of the current is too concentrated, causing scorching.
- Titanium blue and anode should be in close contact, otherwise the anode potential on the titanium blue will rise sharply, so that the surface of titanium blue precipitation of oxygen and precipitation of chlorine reaction, resulting in damage to the titanium blue and the oxidation of additives.
- In order to prevent the plating layer from burrs, should be in the titanium blue outside the anode bag, because the anode bag is usually long-term use without removing, so it is recommended to use the “double bag” method. The anode bag should be wrapped tightly around the mouth of the titanium blue, leaving a gap of a few inside the bottom of the bag to store the anode mud that may be generated.
